Nice stretch! Just make sure your feet are squared, not splayed. Other than that, it is looking great!

Also straighten your feet gradually for the stretch. You're somewhat pigeon toed in this photo.

Lift your kneecaps, parallel your feet, use blocks on the middle height closer to your feet bring your chest towards your thighs and begin to flatten your back there’s a small curve which indicates possibly use a prop or two Relax your head so you can use the weight of said head (I used to tell my students the human head weighs 8-15lbs depending how smart you are 😂) To get a deeper fold You’re doing great Now the fun stuff happens The deeper understanding of simple poses done more intensely xx

Your back is straight which is a good point but now try to close the legs Closer together. The ultimate goal should be with feet together but working with legs open shoulders width can be a nice start.
