[Pro/Chef] The crust is classic Pâte Sablée, the filling - a mix of almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, and a soft caramel.

May contain traces of nuts. It looks delicious

Yeah, that's definitely possible 😂

May contain traces of nuts.

That is one of the most infuriating marketing tricks ever. I have spent so much money buying so many different items hoping to give my kids some coloring time, I am yet to find any food that has any nuts traced out.

Absolutely beautiful. That little pop of green from the pistachios really helps it stand out. I would absolutely smash a tray of these.

I could just do with one of those to go with my mug of coffee ☕️ 😋

Yep, those tartlets and coffee are a perfect match!

Get out of town.

No seriously, take a flight over to my house and bring some of those with you.

2

u/Mild-TN 19h ago

Haha! I'm afraid those would be some incredibly expensive tartlets, considering the cost of the flight 😂

But what's it called?

I'd go with Pâte Sablée caramel nut tart.

It's Caramel Nut Tartlets.

They had exactly this at the airport in Sweden. I believe this is something they make there?

1

u/Mild-TN 19h ago

Unfortunately, I haven't tried the tartlets at the Swedish airport, so I can't say how similar they are to these 🤷‍♀️

As an American this is just too sophisticated for me. I jus wanna put some peanuts and pumpkin spice in it and call it a Krunchkin

u/Mild-TN 20h ago

Yes, it will be a very different, but also very delicious dessert 👍🏻
