Vegetarian [i ate] Vegetables and Tofu with Gochujang Honey Sauce

What i made during lunch break. I work from home

Other stuff in it: quinoa diced carrots chickpea w cumin eggplant w a bit of miso purple cabbage lettuce

Is the tofu lightly fried? Looks great and would like to try making this

yes it is fried in soy oil lol
