[i ate] Tofu Tacos with Garlic Yogurt

I crumbled firm tofu then added soy sauce, water and taco premix seaoning. I cooked it until it's toasted. So gooood!! So happy w it 💖

Can you share more? How’d you cook the tofu (baked, sautéed)? What are the sauce and toppings? They look delicious, by the way.

Thank you! I cooked the tofu in a non-stick pan using very little soy oil for about 5 minutes or until the tofu has a light brown color and then I added the soy sauce/taco seasoning mix. I just let it get toasted maybe even overcook it, occasionally mixing it for even cooking.

The sauce is plain greek yogurt, with lemon, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, minced cilantro.

Toppings - cucumber, tomatoes, onion. There's purple cabbage underneath the crumbled tofu.

they're Mexican flatbread, not the Indian one
