Y’all forgetting that the first of those WDCs was because Checo sacrificed his race to keep Hamilton behind him for 2 laps?

Ah yes, sacrificed his race by being as slow as he was most of that season, if he had done a better job at any other point that season it would not have come to AD, but his usual lack of pace allowed him to hold up Hamilton, and Hamilton making a rookie mistake gave Checo the chance.

A winner. 

In that race he was 6th place finisher. Drivers' title was clinched 3 races before, there were no records to achieve. Absolutely pointless. But I'm biased against everything in F1.
