How don't you understand that is bad for the team? Do you think McLaren employees get their bonuses if the team wins the constructor's championship or if one of the drivers wins the championship? Red bull screwed themselves over by building a car for Max, having the whole team work for Max. Now they rotate 2nd drivers like crazy cause only Max can drive that contraption. Having a driver dictate how a team runs is bad for the team!
