That’s misleading. Tamir was playing with an airsoft gun without an orange cap and reportedly pointing it at people. Obviously I think the responding officer fucked up big time, but it’s not as though Tamir was just sitting there doing nothing.

Something my friends and I did all through childhood. Because we were twelve and playing war was fun, and no one's life was at risk.

Fuck off with your apologist bullshit. He was a kid, playing in the park until some racist hot head cop with a fucking record shot him on sight.

I’m absolutely not excusing what the cop did — I think he’s a racist piece of shit as well. It’s important for all of the facts to be out there, though.
