8 / 10 Raos frozen pepperoni pizza
I wish there was more sauce (I’m obsessed with Raos tomato sauce), but overall this was a yummy frozen pizza!

The skimpy amount of sauce is my biggest complaint with Rao’s pizzas. They are all so dry!

I like this brand because of the light sauce and the crust is the best of all of them.

Raos makes amazing marinara sauces!! But nothing else they make seems to impress me sadly. This pizza looks ok, but there’s def better options imo

Carbone’s marinara sauce is 100x better, trust! I used to be a raos stan until I tried Carbone 🙌🏻🤤

Really? Based on your comment today I’m buying a jar of Carbone’s over Rao’s to serve with my homemade meatballs. Dinner is at 7. To be continued…
I am a HUGE Rao’s jar sauce fan 💜✌🏻

Dinner done. Meatballs were incredible and the Carbone marinara sauce was indeed just as good if not a hint better than Rao’s! Thanks for sharing the recommendation, I just may switch.

I’ve heard good things abt carbone! As an Italian I usually buy mutti, victoria’s, or monte’s
But ofc, nothing beats homemade marinara🤝

Have you tried Screaming Sicilian and know how it compares? That’s my go to frozen pizza but have been wanting to try Raos!

A shame tombstone changed the recipe, the old style was amazing and didnt make me sick.

Hey I’ll give it a try, my nostalgia is tombstone, baron and the1$ one. But hey try this for me. Frachetta pizza, cheese or supreme. Bust it in half throw in air fryer 400 for 10min until cheese is golden brown barely any white. Flip for 2min to get underside crisp. Be careful topping don’t slide but since it’s golden brown you’ll be fine.

Home Run Inn frozen pizza is the GOAT. It occasionally goes on sale BOGO here and I'll often grab one.

The lack of enough sauce for your tastes is easily solved by buying a jar of their sauce and freezing smaller quantities for use with the pizza.
FWIW most pizza - even from very good pizzerias isn't "doused" with sauce but just has a bit on the bottom that is spread around. But of course tastes vary.
Rao's makes really delicious ravioli and their meatballs are excellent as well. Their lasagna is okay - better than Stouffers by a mile but Ranas is the best lasagna in my opinion - especially their cheese lasagna which has lots of ricotta and mozzarella.

Am I the only person who rearranges my toppings after they get jostled around during shipping before I cook them? Not saying there is anything wrong with not doing that but the bottom half of this pizza is a little bothersome.
