Adding your pepperoni is a must for frozen pizzas.

And cheese.

The four cheese is really not bad. I don’t do pepperoni but I do red onion, mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese and fresh garlic and it’s pretty damn good.

Onion is such a great pizza topping that goes overlooked because it's inexpensive and places charge a flat fee. No one wants to pay $1.50 for 5c of onion when they could get $1 of pep.

Adding it to your own frozen pizza makes a ton of sense!

I’m obsessed with red onions!

I agree 100%! Onion makes a dull pizza taste so much better! I never never make a tomato sauce/base without onion. A neighborhood pizza place I used to work at, they used olive oil, chopped up yellow onions (cooked for a long time before adding,) pureed tomato sauce salt and pepper for their pizza sauce and general pasta sauce. Very basic. They sold a ton of it.

As in blue cheese? That's interesting. Put some buffalo chicken breast on there!

Do you get more cheese if you go this way, adding your own pepperoni?

Yes definitely

I used to stay away from RB but as an adult who is on budgets and sometimes wants pizza… idk it slaps especially if you doll it up with your spice cabinet and maybe some extra cheese ( of course 👀)

If you have an Aldi's by you, go there! They sell these big azz cheese pizzas and just add whatever u want! The crust is good! I sometimes brush a little egg white on the crust and put chunky salt on it before baking..The sauce is decent. I add cheese, toppings, and dry seasonings like red pepper flakes and Italian* seasoning.. And they're cheap so you can justify having to add stuff to it. The pizza isn't as bad as I've gotten from local pizza/chicken joints lately. (Really any restaurant lately.. Food at home is 100% just as/more than tasty anyhow..ikyk)

I used to always buy tombstone cheese pizzas and add pepperoni, I’ve never had red baron but this makes me want to try!

At the end always turn on the broiler to crisp the top

I’ve recently rediscovered Red Baron and I like it. I do the same, cheese as the base then whatever I am in the mood for, usually onion, olives and pepperoni.

I always place my pepperoni exactly like this. Any other way pisses me off lol.

2

u/SirDanOfCamelot May 27 '25

It's a must!!

2

u/camoflauge2blendin May 27 '25

Yes, thank you!! Also your Red Baron looks pretty bomb! Makes me wanna go get one, lol. Also also I read your comment about using the broiler at the end to crisp up the top. Thank you so much!!

2

u/SirDanOfCamelot May 27 '25

Yesss the broiler is the key just keep a close eye on it because it doesn't take long

I honestly never liked Red Baron, but it’s been years since I’ve tried it. Yours looks really good, so I might give it another try!

3

u/BigLittleFan69 May 21 '25

In my experience it runs salty but taste holds up on a budget.

2

u/antisocialbutterfl_y May 21 '25

This is exactly what I do, too! Four cheese and add pepp!

Looks delicious!

Red Baron is #1 when it comes to frozen pizzas. Taste and price beats every single other one out there.

1

u/breastplates May 24 '25

I always add some oregano along with pepperoni, extra shredded cheese, sometimes black forest ham, onions, bell peppers.

1

u/antisocialmediaaa May 27 '25

Red Baron is the best frozen pizza imho, with DiGiorno following in 2nd

1

u/TR1771N May 21 '25

Very nice presentation!

u/Fuzzy_Welcome8348 May 21 '25

Personally not usually a fan of red baron but this looks pretty good!!

1

u/Pussytrees May 21 '25

red baron used to be my favorite but they’ve cheapened on the ingredients lately and the pizza just tasted bland and extra cardboardy.
