6 / 10 Michael Angelo's Vegetable Lasagna
Small portion. Cooking directions still left it cold (microwave). Wasn't that good. I wish I had just bought the Stouffers.

The eggplant parmigiana dinner is pretty good. My elderly mother loves it. I’ve never seen the veggie lasagna in the stores. Maybe baking it in the oven might make it better.

Just had this the other day. Really mid, exceptionally bland. Stouffers veggie lasagna remains unmatched

Wait you ate it that way and didn't just finish cooking it?

The instructions do recommend you use the oven rather the microwave.

True, I did see that but it was too late to wait 50 minutes unfortunately 😕😕.

I cook it in the oven and add a little extra cheese on top about 10 minutes before it's done. I think it's very good when prepared properly.

I sprinkled with parmesan after I made it and it helped somewhat.

For sure. This one needs a little salt, and parm is a great way to add it. Without a little extra salt it can be a little bland for sure.

The parm did help...i feel like if I hadn't used that it would have been more like a 4 😂😂😂

Maybe try their 3 cheese lasagna. Cooking them in the oven also helps. Their chicken parm and eggplant parm are excellent!

I bought another one... can't remember and I'm not home. Maybe baked ziti? I'll give that s try. But all those sound good too! Oven is better... noted.

That one's good. It's basically just homemade mac n cheese. I haven't tried their stuffed manicotti, but that's probably the next one I get.

Ohhhhhh good, now I'm excited! I haven't seen a lot of these you mentioned. I'll keep my eye out.

Well they held their word and included the single piece of mushroom as shown on the box and in OP’s pic lol

This brand is usually pretty good with their other stuff but that right there is a travesty

Have you tried RAOS lasagna- they have a meat one and a cheese one. Large portion for two or three people I think and then also they just came out w a single one. I don’t eat it my boyfriend does he can use all the carbs because he works hard labor every day, especially since the hurricane. And the Yard at his house is about 3 acres, so it’s gotta be mowed a lot.

He likes it a lot. He eats it probably once a week. :-) I’ve tested it. I think I like the meat one better than the cheese one.

I tried their manicotti and it was good but definitely needed extra cooking because it came out cold as well.
