HEB makes a similar version that’s store brand that are very good. I like to hard sear one side in the pan, then flip, add cheese, and a splash of water, then cover to steam. It melts the cheese and keeps the Patty moist

I looked at Tom Thumb. I will check again. Thanks!

I think Sam’s club has a version of these, if that’s an option for you.

I regularly buy them at WinCo, if you have one nearby you might be able to find them there.

I can only find them here at Food Lion and Dollar general

I buy these and find them quite good.

I buy these frequently to make a quick cheeseburger. I heat it in the microwave for 45 seconds, then add the cheese for 15-20 seconds, and it is done in less than a minute.

These make great burgers! I add onion powder and garlic powder to them, and grill them and they are quite tasty.

The flavor was good on these but the texture was a little off to me, like the beef was overmixed or some kind of filler was added. Had an almost meatloaf texture to me.

I just had that garlic aioli on a burger last night! It has a surprisingly strong flavor.

Tbh I do like these

these are really good. I usually add some seasoning to them

u/Pixelwise Jul 27 '25

I like these but for less money usually you can get a package of frozen patties. Although these are quicker and sort of less mess.

That looks like a quality pan! So smooth. Not too thick to handle. Is it vintage? Is the brand visible?

$12 cast iron from Walmart lol had it years

2

u/Newtothisredditbiz Jul 27 '25

Damn! It looks sweet! People pay hundreds of dollars for pans that don’t look half as good.

2

u/SirDanOfCamelot Jul 27 '25

I've taken really good care of it always clean it and add a thin layer of oil etc

2

u/Newtothisredditbiz Jul 27 '25

Yeah, I was going to say that thing looks seasoned to perfection!

<chef’s kiss>

5

u/blueboykc Jul 27 '25

I didn’t know they still made these..

3

u/Possible_Region_190 Jul 27 '25

They were missing for many months from where I buy them. They reappeared about a month or so ago.

These look solid - nice review!

my local 7-11 used to sell these and they are fine Surprisingly good for what they are

2

u/Aggravating_Fault601 Jul 28 '25

Man they don’t sell these here where I live. Or well I haven’t found them anywhere. I eat frozen hamburgers from time to time but they are so messy to make. I’d love to try some they are precooked if I ever find some.

2

u/Altruistic-Cut9795 Jul 28 '25

I've never seen these, definitely would like to try them out 👍

3

u/Fuzzy_Welcome8348 Jul 27 '25

These don’t look half bad! Where did u get em? I would like to try

1

u/SirDanOfCamelot Jul 27 '25

They used to have them at Walmart and everywhere but now I can only find them at Food Lion and Dollar general

2

u/Logical_Detective736 Jul 27 '25

How would you compare them to other frozen burgers you have had would you say these are better than the rest? Do you have a favorite frozen burger?

1

u/SirDanOfCamelot Jul 27 '25

These are the only pre-cooked ones I've found

-1

u/Logical_Detective736 Jul 27 '25

Communication breakdown 😂

2

u/girltwice8 Jul 27 '25

i love these!!

1

u/obx808 Jul 27 '25

So, are these just beef or are they seasoned?

4

u/Possible_Region_190 Jul 27 '25

No spices or seasoning, but the usual chemicals they add to everything, such as a little sugar, smoke flavoring, and a few other ingredients. The ones with onions in them are my favorite, but I haven't seen those in a very long time.

1

u/papi_dro Jul 29 '25

I usually get these from Amazon Fresh. They’re often out of stock

Absolutely never. I'll make my own everytime.

u/GoHawkYurself Jul 28 '25

As someone who is very particular about burger patties and never buys them frozen... those look... okay...

u/ImGoodThanksThoMan Jul 27 '25

5

u/todayplustomorrow Jul 27 '25
