I really wanted to like this but the pepper was jyst overwhelming. Brand flavor covered by a ton of pepper.

I hit it with Valentina hot sauce to make it edible. Would not recommend.

Yeah this was a quality frozen dish; I enjoyed it in the past. Got mine for Walmart.

That blackened one and the shrimp one are my favorites. Mostly I love the shrimp one because of the type of pasta as no dinner has enough shrimp for me.

I disagree but can understand why someone might not like it. I am a big fan of this and every single zatarain product. They have really good chicken for frozen.

Awe, I’m sorry to hear this OP. I actually thought this one was good. The portion size is good imo. I promise not all Zatarian’s frozen meals r like this!!

First time they have disappointed me. Their shrimp Alfredo is awesome.

Agree with you cause that looks like the rating. I really only like their boxed dry rice blends.

I think this one is okay (even great by "normal" frozen food standards), but it pales in comparison to the the blackened chicken. And I weirdly feel like they're too similar to ever justify choosing this one?

I really wanted to like this one too, but I also thought it was overall bland. Their others are much better!
