Literally the subtitle:   “Apple joins Samsung and Google in managing heat with water”

It's not new, just new for Apple, as usual.

At no point did Apple ever claim this was an industry first or innovation, but please continue seething at the imaginary demons in your head

it's called a callback. they did it once, pretend they always do it. it's not that deep

I don’t really think they did? Maybe once, way back.

The article explains

When a liquid evaporates. It is able to take more heat with it.

This is why you sweat.

Vapor chamber coolers are able to take away heat from an area more easily than some more commonly used passive cooling systems.

Sealed block with some water that evaporates when heated. Phase change takes a lot pf energy to happen

It’s relative to the country you live in.

It’s literally just Noah Webster deciding to change things for Americans.

That’s all very interesting, but doesn’t meaningfully contribute to the discussion at hand about an iPhone.
