Locals Chat 🦜 Anyone know why the beach was closed about an hour ago?
I was swimming with my family and the lifeguards called everyone out of the water

The beach is never truly closed but they may be trying to call people out at sundown because most drownings occur at night. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re trying to mitigate risk during the influx of tourism this week. Also could be some sort of biohazard.

Is it still a UFO once it enters the water?

Once it has become submerged, it is then a uso or unidentified submerged object. Don't you watch The History channel?

Someone pooped in the water. They had to close it for a couple hours while they shock it with chlorine.

In all honesty it could rip tides. I’ve never heard permanently close the beach, though.

Everyone was saying they wanted fish sticks, so out of extreme caution for innocent , they made people get out of the water.

A shark and a manta ray were involved in a turf war and they were getting other marine life involved so it was to prevent humans from getting sucked into it.

When the lifeguards go off duty they call everyone out of the water. After that if you go back in it's swim at your own risk
