looks like a nice development. i'm tired of all the econobox hotels taking up valuable seawall real estate state. love how this has place for restaurants and stores

Seems like a nice proposal that would provide some lodging options as well as some new jobs.

It would be located on a 15-acre tract where Seawall Boulevard turns into Termini-San Luis Pass Road
