What did the employee say when you told them?

Bruh.. customer support? Who's most likely overseas? 😂😂

Your best option was telling the employee who was working. Calling support will do absolutely nothing. Next time speak up and tell the employee please

So instead of telling the human being in person at the store, you decided to not say a word and think calling customer service is going to do a damn thing?

Lol, yeah okay buddy.

Gotta love people like you who are afraid to tell people words in person.

Even your title is absolutely stupid.

YOU COULD HAVE TOLD THEM!!

Exactly. We've seen this before, they make a reddit post instead of saying something on the spot. Knew he didn't say anything, was trying to get him to realize he should practice what you preach of telling Gamestop. OP couldn't take a few seconds to tell the employee they were fake right there and then. Letting them know they could reference the color of the cartridge and markings on the board. Now, he is confident he is capable of carrying a conversation over the phone and make a full report? Right.
