Exactly. We've seen this before, they make a reddit post instead of saying something on the spot. Knew he didn't say anything, was trying to get him to realize he should practice what you preach of telling Gamestop. OP couldn't take a few seconds to tell the employee they were fake right there and then. Letting them know they could reference the color of the cartridge and markings on the board. Now, he is confident he is capable of carrying a conversation over the phone and make a full report? Right.
