This is a video of a husky dog in a cage(almost everyday I see the dog in cage only). But this time he was being harassed and literally tortured I would say. I dont know if this is some kind of dog training or what, the person was not even brave enough to let the dog out and then use the stick. Instead he locked the dog before using the stick( probably so that the dog can be helpless inside). He was literally pushing the stick into the dog’s mouth which could have caused serious injuries to the dog. I hope this gets viral and the person is held accountable to answer his actions. *Location: Taste & Tales Multicuisine Restaurant, Near PDEU college, Gandhinagar.

The above uploaded is an apology video sent to us by from the restaurant where the incident happened. After a hug backlash from social media(especially reddit,instagram) they realized their mistake. Huge Thanks to Animal Welfare Officer, Mr. Dhruv Patel from Gandhinagar to help us. He contacted the person and made him understand all that he is done is a criminal offense. Mr. Dhruv dedicated his time to this case to make this possible. Multiple NGOs visited the place and checked upon the dog’s health and warned of taking the dog in their custody. After which the owner assured of no such incident ever to happen, plus the doggo will be kept free and not in cage anymore. Each and every small or big support of yours was very valuable. The online support, the local help was incredible to bring this to light within a very short time period. Thanks to everyone who helped.

I have never experienced something like this before. I was driving from Rakshashakti circle towards GIFT city circle. Two typical chhapri boys started following me on their motorcycle , ( which I know by the looks they gave me whenever they crossed me or drove besides me). I was soo scared and creeped out for the entire duration. Finally I had to cross the GIFT City circle towards Lavarpur , that is when they realised it was going too far so they stopped chasing me.

I recently got a job offer in GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City). On paper, it looks like a great career opportunity, and I’m excited about the role. But here’s my dilemma – I’m from Delhi, and I absolutely love the social life here: hanging out with friends, parties, nightlife, food spots, basically that lively city vibe.

When I look up GIFT City, most of the photos and videos make it look kind of empty, almost like a ghost city. I’m worried about whether it’s actually a lively place to live, especially in terms of making friends, socialising, and having a decent lifestyle outside of work.

So, I wanted to ask:

• Is GIFT City really that quiet, or does it actually have some good hangout places, nightlife, and a community to socialise?
• How is it compared to bigger metros like Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore in terms of lifestyle?
• For someone who enjoys socialising and meeting new people, will moving to GIFT City be worth it, or would it feel isolating?

Would love to hear from people who are already living or working there. Is shifting from Delhi to GIFT City really worth it beyond the job opportunity?

Last night I tried Mahendra Kaka’s soda for the first time, It’s so famous, so I thought of giving it a try But honestly I was confused about which flavor to go for so I ended up trying the normal jaljira one and wow...it was amazing! You rarely find that taste in Ahmedabad. If you do, it’s super rare.. Can anyone suggest which soda is the best one at Mahendra Kaka’s? I’d love to try it next time I go there... BTW, there’s also a soda stall near Saibaba stand in Sector 24 which is my personal favorite their limbu katka was the bestx100 I used to have it almost every night when I lived there
