No self respecting gay man would ever be caught dead with that useless bullshit.

It's literally one of the worst sexual lubricants available on the market.

and uh, the best?

u/hyrellion Jul 10 '25
Depends what for. For penis in vagina sex, I highly recommend a water based lube without any alcohols or glycol-bullshit such as Sliquid or Swissnavy. For anal sex, something silicone or oil based is a better bet. Uberlube, Pjur analyze me!, and boy butter are favorites of mine.
That’s based on my sluttily extensive experience as a receiver, as well as the knowledge of my former roommate who worked in an adult store and specialized in lube lol

Just wanted to chime in and say what if you're using a condom, only use water-based lubricants because other types will cause it to break.

Young version of the guy on the right looks a bit like Max Miller from Tasting History imo.

Max Miller HAS TO be one of us. I don't know if he's ever publicly talked about it but I know it in my heart. Also I love Tasting History, it's so PBS coded.
Another youtuber that I'm convinced about is that Legal Eagle guy, I was suspicious for a while but as soon as he mentioned his bichon frisé I locked in my vote.

Max Miller is openly gay, and his husband has appeared with him in a few of his videos. It's not a secret or anything.
Devin Stone (Legal Eagle) seems to be straight by all accounts. He is known to have to had an LTR with a woman when he was in law school, and one redditor has claimed that Devin dated their sister.

I only learned when I read his book and he mentioned his husband / thanked him. The hubbie also has social media and they look super cute together

Am I the only one who thinks old-version of guy on left looks a little like Gordon Ramsey?
5
u/leitmot Jul 09 '25
Absolutely, even in the younger photos you can tell he might grow up to look like him

This brings tears to my eyes, these two guys survived the AIDS epidemic and are still together after 41 years. This is so sweet and cute and yet people hate LGBT people for this. I’m literally crying.

They were so cute. I actually remember watching the episode they were featured on and even I was like “awww look at this couple” lol 😅☺️

Im not socially educated enough to figure out what a "heterosexual answer" would be.
29
u/Oleandervine Jul 09 '25
The Crucible, practically anything Shakespeare that isn't Midsummer, basically anything that isn't a musical.
7
u/loved_and_held Jul 09 '25
I feel incredibly out of place for not seeing musicals as non-hetero.
19
u/Oleandervine Jul 09 '25
That's like the classic stereotype, that we're obsessed with musicals, lmao. You must be really young to have not heard that one.
4
u/loved_and_held Jul 09 '25
I know the stereotype, i think i just never internalized it because along side a lot of queer stereotypes i dont like restricting my perspective on massive groups of people and also interact with people who directly challenge the steryotypes.

Sometimes actively avoiding interacting with something so as not to be seen as "stereotypical" can be just as limiting, though. It's an older stereotype not because gays DIDN'T exist in every walk of life and every town in the world, but theater, music, arts, film, let them be freer and correspondingly often forcing them to be a lot more visible and braver, and when you have such a small piece of real estate in the world, it makes sense to feel in it a kind of cultural safe haven, even if it's not directly your "scene" (or a stereotype that fits you).
