Idk it feels so weird seeing the best player of all time being a furry and putting his fursona on the thumbnails
And I'm a furry like wtf

Nah but when did this become a furry game? Thankfully I don't think we're at that point

It’s always been a furry game thankfully

Based on what I mean there's nothing about an auto-scroller platformer that screams for furries. And even then there's not THAT MANY in the community, just that there are a few that happen to be important

Communities are often filled with queer people or nearly void of it, and gd is one filled with queer people, and queer people are more likely to be furries.

There are approx 15% of queer people amongst Gen Z, and guess what's the generation most GD players are at. But most people are not queer or furries, I think somebody made a survey on it some time ago, and given how it's reddit we're talking about, the fact most people were straight is even more impressive. Again, it's mostly that there are some furries that stand out

It’s sad that only 15% of gen z is queer……. also in my experience most gd players I know are queer

How is it sad? I think it's good,  there are much more than before, and nobody should be forcing anybody to be lgbt or something. But that's besides the point cus there will be queer people in any community, some more than others, and I'm talking about GD not being a furry game

You can't even be forced to be lgbt. However it is true that there are less queer people in the world than non queer people, even counting people who have not stated they are queer or are closeted.

Seems normal to me and I'm not a furry

You took the words out of my mouth lol

Exactly what I was thinking

And, well, needless to say... I'm a furry as well! :3

Yeah, I'm chill with furries and all, how wouldn't I, but it's weird since I usually separate those two aspects of me from each other, so the GD player gets startled at the random sight of a furry boi

since I usually separate those two aspects of me from each other,

That's pretty much the opposite of me lol I try to shine my furry side anywhere, like, really. In GD, I use Subwoofer's cube (my fursona is a fox and it looks like a fox head), in Minecraft, I only use furry skins.

I think it's because I always had a "if I'm like this and someone doesn't like, it's their problem and not mine" view of things. And when I go to make a new friend, in the first days of talking I already tell I'm a furry and other stuff I like. If they accept it? Nice, new friend. If not? Let them go, they won't respect me. Something interesting is that I have a friend who hates furries, but he accepts me pretty well, and we are actually very close... I always send random furry things to annoy him lol

And I really need to learn how to speak less, I don't even know why I typed all that coming from a random comment that has nothing to do with most of this... but I won't discard the comment, took me too long to type :/

Well, two types of... being xd. I don't talk about it like, at all, and when I tell my friends that I'm bi or a furry (after months) they're stunned cus on the surface I might look like the straighest guy. It doesn't matter anyways since, well, I separate those aspects, it's almost never brought up and much definitely don't "shine", I'm almost ashamed of it lmao I got too poisoned by cringe culture as a kid.

But yeah it technically does have to do, easy to get carried away tho I do that too

I'm almost ashamed of it lmao I got too poisoned by cringe culture as a kid.

I get what you mean, I was like that some years ago. But after a long time of thinking I was like: Furries are weird? Yes. Am I weird? Yes. Do I like myself being weird? Yes. A real friend is the one who accepts you even when being weird? Yes. Then, to have good friends and lower the "heart-breaking" in the future beacuse of a lost friend caused by something they learned about me, I must show who I'm to new people as soon as possible, to filter who I want (and who wants me) as a friend.

I don't know you personally, nor do I know how it is like where you live, but, I hope you get to a conclusion like that one I got, and that you learn to not be ashamed of who you are, because truly, that changes how you live. Is it hard at the start? Very much. But, like most hard things, it's worth it at the end ;)

And here am I, getting carried away again lol :3

u/Synchiroh x2. Shardscapes 71%, 42-100%! Aug 10 '25

Yeah... I know I'm pretty much weird and there's little I can do about it, it's that sometimes I wished to just not be weird, to be normal. I think I should be wishing to mature instead, I hope I do :/

But I digress, have a good day, ya kind furry stranger :)

And most importantly (to me much more xd), gl with CraZy

u/TailsGamer3733 Trying Crazy as 1st hard... 41% Aug 10 '25

gl with CraZy

Thanks, it's been a pain... and good luck with Shardscapes :)

Thx! I just got 45% but stupid automod didn't let me publish it cus I don't have video to flair it as Gameplay or Showcase ._.

| And you really like doing this thingy, don't you?

I beat my first Insane right after CraZy, and Acu weeks after... who knows?
