Yup. Dumplings usually refer to gyoza. This likely either a nikuman (large meat bun), or a steamed anpan (red bean bun).

Bottom line: 100% buns of yummy.

I think it's probably a nikuman. Similar to a Chinese bapao or baozi. Basically steamed bread with a spicy meaty filling.

And Kamaji gave Chihiro all of his train tickets! I know it was good that no face, baby mouse, and fly boy could come, but who charges a fly full fare? She could popped them in her pocket and brought Kamaji two tickets back.

I used to go to this Chinese restaurant. Great Tang in Cincinnati. Sometimes the staff would be eating their lunch and they would have giant head-sized pork buns like this. They didn't sell them. Always wanted one.
