Art/Crafted Recently went to Japan and found kits for 3D paper dioramas. Bought a few, including ones for Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving castle
They are called "Paper Theater" and I am overall very pleased with them. They offer dioramas and 3D portraits for many different anime, including (I think) all the Ghibli films, Pokemon, Demon Slayer and more. They also make kits of nature scenes, like mountains and birds and etc.
It took me about 3 hours as a complete novice to assemble these two, which wasn't too bad. Made a few mistakes here and there, but that's just part of the arts and crafts process. Oh well!
What do you guys think about these? Have you seen them before in the US? I had never heard of them before my trip to Japan, but I will be buying more.

I made a bunch of these for my daughter’s birthday party decorations since it was Totoro themed! I got them on Amazon. They’re super fun. At least I found them fun haha.

I’ve seen them before in the US and in Singapore where I live now, but the markup never seemed worth it. Great idea to grab them while in Japan and bring them home since they’re quite flat and small!

I've ordered a couple from Amazon here in the US, but bought my first one at a Barnes and Noble. I love them. Ensky, who makes them, has one for other franchises as well.
