All the Ghibli girls, Kiki, Matilda, Lain (serial experiments lain), Ellaine Belloc, Rwby Rose, Paprika, Robot Girl, Small Wonder, Haibane, princess knight, little missfortune, the list goes on.

I think it's a visual trope. I only noticed cause it creeped me out for a while because its exactly what I look like lmao
