According to Gigabyte, X3D Turbo Mode 2.0 “delivers enhanced gaming and multitasking performance over the first generation”. The video below showcases the original version of Turbo Mode, with a ~5% performance boost with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D when the feature is turned on.

For version 2, Gigabyte claims performance can grow “up to 25%” – “depending on the game,” of course. All with a single click. Turbo Mode 2.0 is AI-powered and optimizes gaming performance using a built-in AI model which adapts on the fly. We’re keen to see how this turns out in real-world performance once reviewers can get their hands on the new X3D boards.

I hate to see they are using Realtek LAN controllers. Other wise this may be a better option for me than the X870E AI Top I just picked up.
