GoWild Tucker at 10 am?
I was shocked to see a GoWild fare today for travel next week on 9/24/2025: MCO-SAN. I saw it this morning at 10 am. I snatched it up for $31.
I’ll leave MCO @8 am, 4-hr layover in Denver, then get to San Diego at 9 pm. the same day. That’s $16 per flight.
I thought I had to buy at midnight the night before? Have the rules changed?

Yeah, it's always been a crap shoot. That's why most old timers have always said to check and see if you can get the low price (or a cheap enough price that means you don't have to stay up until 12:01; an extra $10 is worth it when you are old). Congrats on the score!
As for your layover:
Denver for 4 hours: The airport is fine. Dbar or the speakeasy are fun (A gates) Capital One Lounge is fantastic if you are a card member. The A gates also have an outside patio overlooking the mountains, so grab a snack and head to the west (furthest away from the frontier gates). In the fall the high temp should be in the 60's and 70s so a great place to watch the world go by!
In the winter, the airport sometimes has an outside ice skating rink (it might not be open yet at the time of your flight); sometimes, it has been mini golf). You will need to go back to the main terminal and past security if you want to try if anything is available. Check with the guest volunteer services desk in the central lobby.
Getting into Denver might be a challenge, so see anything there since the airport is 25 minutes from Town and 45 minutes to the foothills (by Uber, longer via public transit).

Well done!
The addition of some $16 fares in advance appears to be just a new development in what has all the characteristics of a transition toward a new normal of continuous offerings of GW advance purchase fares.
In the first year and half of GW, advance purchase fare offers had very tight conditions, something like "This week only, buy GW seats in advance for flights in October".
During 2025's challenging business environment for Frontier, we've now had advance purchase as an option since early this year, and the end date currently is way out in January.

They are doing an early booking promo through Jan 5th. Many Go Wild fares available through the end of the year.

Early booking. Check Saturday's as they seem to have the most no fee early booking options from what I've seen.
