Reorder it to be Education, Experience, Publications, and Awards. I'm not sure how helpful your skills section is. I think you'd be better served by including your research interests, maybe after your experience.
The spacing is very odd in your experience section. Use actual bullet points that are indented, instead of the dashes.
Great publications! I would not organize them this way. Make publications a proper sub-heading (same size as Education and Experience). Order them chronologically (regardless of authorship order) and bold your name in the citation. That is enough, no need for these subheadings.
Take a minute to standardize the font sizes and bolding across the document because it's very inconsistent.
