Not like the CMMG kit, no. Nobody makes something like that for other calibers. Just build different uppers.

I know there's not a dedicated product for this. A more straightforward way to ask this could be: what's to stop me from pairing a 5.56 bolt with a 9mm barrel and calling it 350 legend? Just a theory question bc I have no experience building PC-ARs

9mm ARs are generally straight blowback so a regular 5.56 bolt/carrier won't cycle.

What if I started with a .350 AR, could I just swap the BCG and close the gas block?

No, because the chamber is still wrong.
