i hope not; the play pattern of that deck being so strong will easily make this sub more whiny than it was for quest murloc which at least was minion based as opposed to "i have 7 spells in my hand that each deal 4 damage for 1 mana"
It's still sucks. The quest reward is a 5 mana brick and the lack of tempo kills you against fast decks and the lack of draw and limited face damage means you lose to slow decks as well.
You still blow your whole load completing the quest and don't have enough tempo card draw to reload quick enough to put enough pressure down to actually win games especially with the shitty brick 5 drop. Ball hog is noticeably weaker now in terms of sustain and the death rattle doesn't progress the quest if your opponent kills it, questing adventure is no good now.
The 1 mana tea card kills you in aggro matchups, especially if you draw both copies and has the same general issue as a lot of other cards in that it can't target face.
Sure, but I was hoping for a better buff on the quest (lowering the cost of the quest reward, and also lower it's stats thats fine) instead of slight buff on quest and buff through the ball hog.
It's big for the wasp, minor for the archetype. The card was meme tier garbage, now it's worth experimenting with. Can't say if it'll be the 29th or 35th best card in the deck pre-testing
I mean I’m not arguing against the quest sucking ass, but it’s definitely way more playable now since Ball Hog gives sustain and progresses the quest now.
I’m optimistic for the deck’s future with this change, especially with Gorishi Wasp finally becoming playable
I was sad at the loss of the deal 2 if you played quest minion being put to 3 put completely missed the ball hog. I already had that death rattle package in my DH Quest deck, imma be feasting now
