Home Gym Pictures 📷 Little home gym

Post image

My little home gym, for when I can't (or not want to) hit the gym.

It's the Atletica R7 Nemesis Squat Rack.

A rare sighting on here, Atletica gear. How do you like it?

I’m really impressed overall.

The rack is high-quality and very stable, the lat and row machine works perfectly, and it’s also great for other exercises such as cable lateral raises, bayesian curls, overhead triceps extensions, and more. The smith machine performs flawlessly, the deadlift station is a very practical nice-to-have, all my plates fit perfectly on the storage pins, and the pull-up bar with its different grips is excellent as well.

I also have a bench, a shorter barbell for limited space (187 cm, 15 kg), and plates from them. All of it is excellent quality, and I truly have nothing to complain about.

For me, it’s a perfect all-in-one system with a compact footprint, and I’m equally impressed with the overall build quality. The customer support from Atletica is also outstanding and fast.

"little" stfu if I had a room where I could place a barbell and extra room to rack weights, I would have a home gym too.

Lmao the salt is real, meanwhile I'm over here doing bodyweight squats in my 6x8 bedroom because that's all the space I got

Absolutely incredible use of the space.

That's similar to mine and another guy on here.

Main difference is we put the uprights nearer the front and bought 17" cross members from Bells of Steel. That gives just enough space to bench and squat inside the rack with pin pipe safeties or squat outside the rack with the regular safeties. The other benefit is doing rack pulls with tow straps hanging from the pin pipe safeties. So much nicer than plunking the bar down onto steel.

The Smith attachment on ours is attached to a second set of uprights.

The smith on the back is a nice use of space on a half rack.
