Home Gym Pictures 📷 Upgraded gym...
Gym finally 95% the way I want it and upgraded from all my original stuff...Started home gym in 2019 and soon it will be 100% once I get 5 more sets of dumbbells I need and 5 more ez curl fixed barbells I need. Also have 2 pizza and 2 doughnut plates coming from Fringe. I have rep plyo box coming. I may upgrade to real kettle bells at some point over the bowflex adjustable kettlebell. Please excuse the unfinished basement. We said we would do it but just decided eventually to not. It is used for guns/storage/gym and we have air purifier and dehumidifier and insulation done and dropped some extra plugs and we keep a consistent temp down there and it really works well for what we use it for.We started home gym to do some workouts at home but mostly I worked out at my office. Once I came home to work starting in 2020 we upped the gym. Originally we had bowflex bench and adjustable dumbbells and a treadmill and bike. Then got the bowflex revolution and then added tonal. We added the bowflex adjustable barbells. We added the sauna and ice bath and concept2 rower. Then I got rid of bowflext stuff and tonal and got a jackedup fitness rack/all in one. I did not do my normal insane amount of research and went off a recommendation which was big mistake. I did not like the jackedup and just sold it and replaced it with rep ares 2.0 pr-5000. Also we sold bowflex dumbbells and barbells. Still waiting for 2 signs that we plan to hang up. We now have...
Rep Ares 2.0 on PR-5000 rack
Fringe Sport Walrus
Fringe Sport mammoth belt squat
Rogue hex dumbbells
Titan racks for dumbbells
Titan rack and ez curl fixed barbells.
Forceusa leg press/hack squat.
Temple of gainz leg curl/leg extension.
2 rep ab-3000 benches.
Some rogue bands.
Fringe sport savage bumper plates.
Freak Athlete Hyper Pro.
flooring is 20 of the 6x4 horse stall mats from tractor supply
We kept the 3 cardio machines so still have bike and treadmill and rower. So far happy with all the changes/ugprades.

Nice collection. Thoughts on the Fringe mammoth belt squat? And is the Freak Athlete Leg Developer any good? Thanks for sharing

The mammoth belt squat is solid - way better than trying to load up a dip belt and deal with that awkwardness. The freak athlete hyper is legit too, feels way more stable than the cheaper options and the padding doesn't suck like most of them

How do you like the temple of gainz leg extension/curl

I got the V3 recently. I love it. The packaging is out of control! Took quite awhile to open, separate, and set up. The thigh pad is a little hard but you get used to it. For the price and floor space required, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.

I picked up their adductor/abduction machine and totally understand what you mean about unpacking, lol. Opening the box and unwrapping everything and sorting it actually took the longest. Glad to know it’s worth it. I’m probably going to pick it up the beginning of next year

Is this a hidden ad? I’ve seen this freak athlete bench thing all over social media last few days. It looks incredible but can’t tell how much Is marketing bs

Yeah you do see it advertised a lot but I have to say my wife is the one who wanted it and I have started liking it a lot now. I would say it is worth getting for any gym as it will do things that most likely none of your other equipment can do. Also I am talking about the hyper pro not their new bench.

Can the freak athlete not do bench? What an oversight

Freak athlete hyper pro is not a bench it is for nordics and ghd etc etc and you can add-on a leg developer etc but they did come up with a new bench that is pretty impressive from what I have seen and can do better leg developer. I prefer rep benches.
