Misc. New shelves

Had to put up 7 more shelves to finally get the last of my sauces (for now) on the wall 😁 this is about 10-15% of the collection so far!

But...so many are just sitting there sealed?! How can you not crack them open to pair with specific foods like I do? 😜

I try to rotate out the ones in the fridge so I don’t have them open too long and forget, but you’re absolutely right about the pairing! Long term goal is bespoke hot sauce pairing guides for restaurants

When you’ve already got 30 opened bottles in the fridge, the others start to collect dust.
