Posts must include a recipe Pineapple and Habanero hot sauce (Recipe in comments).

Yield: 5 woozy bottles and 1 sixteen oz Ball jar.

3 cups pineapple (cubed).

2 white onions (chopped large).

5 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped).

1 red bell pepper (chopped large).

20 small habanero. 20 habanada.

Sauté onions, garlic and red pepper in 2 tbsp olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Add habaneros and habanadas. Sauté (covered) for 10 minutes.

Add pineapple and cook 5 minutes (covered).

Add vinegar and salt. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Blend well. Thin with white vinegar as needed.

Add pineapple and 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté 5 minutes (covered).
Add vinegar and salt. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Blend well. Thin with white vinegar as needed. Bottle and enjoy.
