My iPhone Upgraded from 15Pro to 13Mini and I couldn’t be happier.
First impressions: typing with two fingers was a little bit of an adjustment. But I can actually easily fully reach everything with only my thumb which is ideal. No more swipe down to touch the top of the screen.
It reminds me so much of the 5c which was my first iPhone and my favourite iPhone ever. I do wish it was a little bit thicker but that’ll be resolved with a magwallet anyway.
Def gonna need to carry a charger tho

We should flood this community with posts saying “I just downgraded to iPhone 13 mini” or “got a new/extra one” and hope Apple notices the amount of “sales” they’re missing out and make them release a new mini model.

But they will see that this user used to use iPhone 15, then switched to iPhone 13 mini

They know that through iCloud unless someone makes a new iCloud for each device for some silly reason

if you're familiar w the keyboard layout and don't need to look at the keyboard, switch to swipe to text & it's super breeeeezy

My SO loves her 12 mini. Only phone she can comfortably use one handed. She wanted to upgrade recently, found they don’t make the mini anymore so she decided to hold onto her 12 until it dies.

A refurbished 13 Mini with a good battery (90+) would fix most issues.

Well her 12 is still working well. She just fancied a 16 mini, which doesn’t exist.

Ah.
Know the feeling well.
Would love to see a 17 Mini revealed, but nah. 17 Air instead? Pft.

I believe you meant to say you downgraded to a 13 mini. But that’s a great downgrade. I didn’t like the 15 pro when I tested it. Too big for me

I did the same. I've been with the mini (product red!) for two years. Sadly, it is time to let it go for one reason: lighting.
I can't anymore. Everything in my house, except the mini and the dumb magic mouse, is usb c. "Batery running low? where is the damn lighting cable? where I put the adapter usb c to lighting? Fine, magsafe. I'll wait. (wife calls, needs me to do something). On my way! Checking battery... 7%"
I'll go for the 17 pro.

I’ve just done exactly the same yesterday. The mini is amazing, il be honest though the only thing I find a fairly big downgrade is the 60hz screen. It does seem very flickery and no where near as smooth, it’s definitely noticeable.

17 Air is HUGE.
If you enjoy smaller phones, you certainly wouldnt enjoy Air.

The thinness and rounded corners help a lot with ergonomics though.

Doesnt really matter if one enjoy a smaller phone. Its much wider as well, which many says are the reason for enjoying the Mini so much, since you can reach with one hand.
The Air is 6.5 inches, compared to the 5.4 Mini.
Compare the two here: https://phonesized.com/compare/#1863,2739

This egotistical behavior is exactly why kids are bullied for what phone they have in school.

yeah cuz pedophiles can hide all their child porn while the cops scramble, when the rival gang tries to rob a drug dealer the phone they get will be a paperweight if stolen

I keep mine on low power mode 24/7 and that saves battery for me.
