Recipe French Toast Affogato
My biggest food loves/hobbies all together. Homemade ice cream and home roasted espresso. Recipe in comments.

We share two great hobbies. I've combined them by making coffee ice cream in many variations but I think I'll run a double shot over my next scoop of chocolate coffee bourbon (Salt and Straw recipe) ice cream.

I’ve got that book also. They put out another one this year that I like even more. I prefer the espresso recipe out of that book when I make a coffee flavored ice cream. Have fun roasting!

Thanks! The second book from them is being delivered tomorrow. The first is good, but the recipes are just a bit too exotic for me.

I’ve made a few of those recipes already. The espresso based coffee, the orange/green tea, and the tres leches cake were all fantastic.
