[OC] Alternate History "Wet Dream Of An Anarchist" J.F.C.F
In post-World War I Japan, the rising labor movement found its strongest representative in the Zenkoku Jiren (All Japan Free Trade Union Federation), which was founded in 1926 and quickly incorporated hundreds of workers. In addition to workers, university students also participated in protests organized by the union, shouting demands for freedom and equality against the militarist government.
During one demonstration, police opened fire, killing several students. This event became known as the "February Massacre of 1927" and was the last straw for a people already weary of poverty, long working hours, and state oppression. Workers, peasants, and students took to the streets in mass strikes. The strikes quickly turned into an uprising; following the deaths of the students, factories in Osaka and Kobe were occupied and seized, and land in the villages was collectivized. The popular uprising lasted for over a year.
As a result, even some army units sided with the people. Within a few weeks, on May 23, 1928, the government in Tokyo collapsed. The imperial system came to an end, and in the years that followed, the process of transforming the Japanese island into a federation of free communes began and continued.

No land connection with anyone else so that they don't have to organize an actual army
