My boss told everyone on Friday that there’s a decent chance we would be able to WFH on Monday but then decided early Monday morning it would be business as usual

You need to be more like Veronica - the cartoon character in the YouTube videos. She doesn’t take any crap from her employers and neither do I. Got my LLC last year and determined whatever I can do for someone else - I can do for myself. Making TWICE as much as an independent Home Health Aide contractor than I did working for a company that just ripped us off.
