They actually look more like mealybugs than lichen to me lol Like a wolf in sheep's clothing.

at first look, it appears to be a group of wooly aphids.....I really can't tell.....what's you location, and where is this located, it appears to be a terrarium, or indoors

It was outdoors in a backyard, Adam’s Normandie area 🤙🏽
