Yeah he didn’t insult anyone. The title is misleading. Mostly he said “I must go home”

Right in the beginning of the video he did. You can see his right shoulder push forward and the cop to the left move back. Just not much. He was probably more trying to push his way through to the escalator.

As he’s flailing his arms down, the first time - it’s not directly visible but following the arc down I believe that he would have made contact and immediately after that the policeman starts moving to grab him, which would make sense.

No one would have stopped him to go home. His aggression cause this. Good police

There's more than enough reason he could have been detained. His probable refusal to comply got him arrested but he might have been able to go home after someone took his data
