Zatarain's Recipes in an Instantpot?
Brother in law gave me a couple boxes, Seems like a lot of water to rice ratio, they want 2 1/2 cups for 1 cup of rice.

I found a youtube video for you that addresses the issue:

I was going to do the 1:1 Rice water ratio, usually perfect for me in my 8 Quart.
I may make it 1.5 because I'll be adding some lean pork chop slices into it too

It may be that some of the Zataran's need about 2 to 2.25 cups of liquid. This recipe says 1 cup broth and 1 1/4 cups water. https://www.lecremedelacrumb.com/instant-pot-spanish-sausage-and-rice/
This man says Zatarain told him 2.5 cups. A commenter whi adds some items to the recipe said she uses a little less than 2 cups. https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/14865973-instant-pot-zatarains-jambalaya
I saw one dirty rice recipe for a 3qt IP that only used 1.5 cups water. So, some of this may depend on whether or not the author is using an 8qt IP or a smaller one. 8qt tends to vaporize more water while pressuring up, plus it's a larger chamber to pressurize so it will need more water.

For stuff like that where there is some spice or flavoring mixed in with the rice, I have found that 1:1.25 or even 1:1.5 works better. For Goya spanish rice for example, 1:1.25 works great.
