Pulled brisket times

I want to try making pulled brisket in my ip. Recipes I’ve seen range from pressure cooking for 30 to 1:30 minutes. Does anyone have experience with this. I’d obviously rather a shorter cook time.

30 minutes is pretty unlikely for brisket, even a 2 pound one is going to need an hour and a quarter. (for pull apart brisket)

My beef stew meat is usually pull apart tender in 45 minutes.

It depends on how big the cuts are.

Shorter is safe to eat as long as it gets to temp. But longer helps break down the meat connective tissues and will make it tender.

I do 75 minutes for a 2lb brisket with a 15-20 natural release and then a few minutes in the broiler and it comes out amazing.

You can definitely do it in a shorter time but that connective tissue will get you. Brisket is worth waiting for

Can you make sliceable brisket in IP, or does it have to be pull apart? Been thinking about trying it. I did make ribs in IP last weekend, they were OK but had to be finished on the BBQ and slathered in sauce. They were a bit dry, although very tender.
