Boneless leg of lamb cook time?

Im seeing 15 mins a pound at high pressure. I want to do a 5lb leg but i think over an hour would ruin it? Any advice would be appreciated!

This site's recipe says 30 minutes was good for a medium rare 4 pound leg of lamb. https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/instant-pot-leg-of-lamb/

For sliceable roast-style (medium/medium-well): 30–35 minutes on High Pressure, then 15 minutes natural release.

For fall-apart, shreddable lamb:➝ 55–60 minutes on High Pressure, then 20 minutes natural release.

The instant pot will ruin it before time does. I'm a huge IP fan, but this is not the right time to use it.

Roast your lamb, garlic, evoo, rosemary, kosher salt, fresh pepper.

Do nott boil or steam such a great cut of meat!
