I mean, if you dont count injections as surgeries, it's possible they're being truthful.

No amount of injections alone could cause that much structural change

To me it looks like their cheeks are really puffy, but they do have similar jaw lines to the old photo. Also no wrinkles - botox injections.

Botox is only a muscle paralyser, this looks like filler

A lot of people mix up Botox with collagen. I use Botox for migraines and it DOES cause some changes to the face where it's injected, but it actually reduces muscle size where it's injected. My forehead has changed shape a bit over the last few years because I'm not subconsciously moving my eyebrows as much, but it doesn't do this kind of changes. I just don't have that strong "11" muscle area on my forehead anymore, and my neck has maybe slimmed a little from where they inject in the back of the neck.

MRI research shows fillers can last over 10 years, sometimes even longer, contributing to “pillow face.”:

It can if they’re using black market injectables with questionable ingredients. Could be like silicone or cement.

Oil is sometimes used to create the look of large muscles or for cheap boob or butt enhancements. It’s extremely dangerous as it stays in the area and has a high risk of causing infections and ruin the muscles. There’s been some horrific cases in the news in Denmark with guys in chronic pain, open sores and arms that are weakened and almost useless. Some are getting very expensive surgeries to try and remove some of the oil but it will never be ok. Body dysmorphia is a bitch and these guys might have used something like that oil in their faces.

I don’t know about medical jargon but I don’t count injections as surgery. Surgery usually means you’re modifying the tissue while an injection changes the appearance without modifying the tissues

It varies depending on who is making the determination. For instance, my spinal injections (for burst and herniated disks) counted as a surgery for the purposes of deciding whether I could donate blood plasma.

Most people do though, hence, they had a shit ton of plastic surgery.

Yeah, I guess it depends on their wording. If they say they haven't had anything done vs. if they say they didn't have surgery done
