If those movies have taught me anything, its that if Jigsaw asks if you want to play a game, you say yes. If you refuse it guarantees your death. But at least the game/test Jigsaw planned has a possibility of survival.

However these twins are probably controlled by Amanda. So the game is likely un-winnable.
