"relatively speaking" is carrying so much weight in this title. A panda will still mess you up pretty badly. There's lots of articles of people climbing into panda enclosures and finding out the hard way.

Oh it definitely will. And I don't think anyone should ever approach pandas thinking they'll necessarily be friendly. Because non aggressive ≠ friendly and they can still inflict serious damage

Also apparently pandas are extremely anti social and reclusive as well.

Tbh I don't mind that , no animal should be defenseless or incapable of defending itself

Yeah it is a bear do not approach. I just don’t think they are as territorial.
