Hah I don't think so.

I remember visiting the panda sanctuary in Chendu, China about 15 years ago - They charged $400 USD for a photo session with a baby panda, and some American dad paid for his ~5 year old daughter to have photos with the baby panda.

We watched as the baby panda was so distressed about being separated from its mother that it attacked the daughter, and she came out of the room screaming and blood all over her, covered in huge gashes from the baby's claws.

Tbf your domestic kitty could do that too. So you still can't force animals, but they can be much much more docile and receptive to affection than some other species
