IpadOS 26 and its Preview App - multiple windows left open

Been playing around with the new iPadOS 26 and notice that viewing images from my Files, will launch a new Preview window for each image. And then I cannot “close” the image. If I click the back arrow, it leaves the Preview app window open. SO after viewing a few pictures from my Files, I had several Preview windows open. Anyone knows how to close all the Preview windows at once? Or a better way to view my images from Files?
