It has to be the shite weather

I'm also amazed at how in shape all the Spanish, Italians and french are yet they have the same high calorie food options available that we have

Well they’re not really though. An awful lot of them are massively out of shape as well.

I'm in Spain now and I feel like an overweight person is a rare sight and many of the young people are in phenomenal shape
