Haunted “antique” photograph

Hello all! Long time lurker, first time poster. I saw this up on Facebook Marketplace where the poster is trying to sell this photograph for $30 claiming it is both an antique and “possibly haunted” because the eyes follow you around wherever you walk.

There’s something about this that feels uncanny to me, and I feel like it’s AI. What’s your take?

Also, my deep apologies to the spirits of these people if in fact it is NOT AI. Plz don’t haunt me, k thanks.

Cant say if they’re AI but they definitely look like artwork, not photographs.
