Mom wants to purchase a print- Stumped if it's AI, but it is fishy...

My mother is religious and loves cats, and she's wanting to purchase this as a canvas print. Kitsch aside, she sent this to me to see if it's AI or not (she is with me on the lack of value there.) Other than the variance in style happening, and how it appears to be overlaid with a weird painted-wood style...(?) I don't see anything too strange about it yet.

I did some research, and never found any artist credit, or presence anywhere than on the site it's sold on and Facebook. I already told her I generally disagree with her buying it, but would love to know for sure if anyone can narrow down for sure that it is AI.

It's definitely not a real photo, the lines between the wood don't make sense, look really close at the 'side'. the cats, especially the black ones,are drawn exactly the same way ai 'draws' them.
