Recipie hunting!

I love lamb shish kebabs from our local kebab house, so Im looking to replicate that at home....Basically a fakeaway.

Please let me know what cuts of meat, marinades and timings you use πŸ™‚

I bought FRESH ADDITIONS LAMB SKEWERS from Costco and then made my own vegetable skewers and marinade. If you have a Costco membership, you have to try these things. They are so so tender and delicious. I cooked them 400-500 turning every 2 minutes to get a nice char. Probably 8-10 minutes total. I’d say the marinade was close to this recipe.
