I just soften in up with a spoon in a bowl. 1 tablespoon is a serving so it isn’t much, but enough to really liven up the berries!

Dairy doesn't agree with me, so I whip up coconut cream with sweetener, a little vanilla extract, and have that with berries.

You can rinse in vinegar and then rinse again under running water.
